I think it just-- matters in a different kind of way. Dying and killing ain't nothing here, but it ain't the same as it is in places where people stay dead.
Were you you when you killed people, or were you affected by something like a flood or a breach?
If you care about someone but don't say so, how can they know? How am I
meant to be able to tell the difference between someone doing something
silently and just not doing it?
